name is Paul and I’m the creator and main contributor of SofaSumo.
I’m a French interior designer based in London, UK and like many of you, choosing a sofa for my home or one of my customer has always been a challenging process.
Over the years, I bought and tested many sofas, couches, sleeper sofas, love seats and Murphy’s beds. Looking back, I know I would have saved countless hours of research if I knew then the important elements of the selection process, which brought me to the creation of SofaSumo.com – an online destination to help you find your next sofa through articles and reviews. I buy tens of sofas every year for my customers and it’s an opportunity for me to review and present them back to you so you can make your own, educated opinion through our guides and sofa reviews.
